Culture Mastery

Culture Mastery incorporates the foundational philosophy with child psychology and motivation research to establish a culture of continuous improvement. Participants will be shown how to develop and communicate an agreed upon aim, establish core values, build relationships, and understand how to select, manage and analyze process data.  Participants will also learn tools and techniques needed to improve classroom processes and remedy one of the most fundamental challenges in education: the downward slide in enthusiasm.
