Foundations

This initial part of the course helps participants gain an understanding of systemic problems inherent in the organization, management and learning processes in modern schools. It also provides critical understanding of Quality Management/Continuous Improvement and Systems Thinking needed to improve.  It challenges leaders at all levels to analyze and improve their system, while building relationships and empowering people within their organizations.

This combination of statistical thinking with management leads to higher quality, improved learning and more efficient organizations.
