GATEWAY TO MASTERY® is an unconventional “classroom up” approach to school improvement that fundamentally changes interrelationships within the school/classroom to improve enthusiasm, knowledge and performance of students. This powerful management style is based on Quality Management/Continuous Improvement philosophy of Dr. W. Edwards Deming, which emphasizes removal of blame and improvement of the system. It allows students to take ownership of their learning and enables educators to understand and improve their learning system through utilization of data and feedback.
The course is facilitated by Jeff and Jacquie Burgard, who bring these concepts to life through theory and practical application. Participants will learn and experience a proven flexible philosophy that addresses current challenges in education while acquiring techniques that can be implemented immediately.

allows teachers to continually improve their classroom system to increase
