Results from Culture Mastery™
Restoring and Maintaining Enthusiasm This graph shows the improvement in
student enthusiasm when Culture Mastery is established as an improvement
goal and applied throughout an entire district. The data,
from Community Consolidated School District 15, Palatine, Illinois, show
a drop in enthusiasm, kindergarten through eighth grade, from 1998-2001.
Each year Culture Mastery was applied, from 2001-2003, the overall
enthusiasm was raised and the rate of decline was significantly
reduced.
A principal in Minnesota used Culture Mastery to reduce the number referrals at his middle school. The total number of referrals has been reduced from 207 per year to 81 per year. This reduction occurred despite adding 100 5th graders to the school population in the 2003-2004 school year.
