Culture Mastery builds leaders by bringing the ideas of Quality Management/Continuous Improvement to life for educators, administrators and support staff. It challenges leaders at all levels to analyze and improve their system, while building relationships and empowering their people      to improve.

These three foundational workshops are firmly grounded in Quality Management, Systems Thinking, child psychology and motivation research. They establish the culture of continuous improvement, in which the leader develops and communicates an agreed upon aim, creates core values, builds relationships, and understands how to select, manage and analyze process data.

Although the philosophy is the same, each workshop is tailored to participant needs.

• Culture Mastery for Teachers focuses on how to   apply the continuous improvement philosophy in classrooms, where it has the greatest affect on student enthusiasm and learning.

• Culture Mastery for Administrators focuses on bringing the continuous improving philosophy to the school or district to improve organizational processes, staff effectiveness and staff enthusiasm.

• Culture Mastery for Support Staff focuses on how to   apply the continuous improvement philosophy to all areas of the school that support learning everyday.
